Afire Golden Retrievers is a small kennel located in northwest British Columbia between Prince George and Prince Rupert in a small town called Houston. I purchased my first golden "Rudy" in January 1991 and fell in love with the breed. I bred my first litter in 1999 and usually only have one litter a year. My dogs have been very successful in the show ring. I have produced a Best In Show, Best in American Specialty as well as 2 Show Dog Hall of Fame winners, multiply puppy show and puppy group winners. First and foremost my puppies are sold as pets so I make temperment and health my number one priority when breeding.
